About Ryan
I look at the whole system, not just the symptom.
I’m Ryan, an Integrative Wellness Practitioner. I help people make sense of what’s keeping them stuck by looking at the bigger picture, not just one symptom or one part of their life.

Training & Certifications
Formal training behind an integrative approach.
My training spans health and behavior change, coaching, energy work, cacao facilitation, and foundational health sciences.
Where this started
I came to this work because I needed answers myself.
For years, I was depressed, exhausted, and felt like something just wasn’t working. I went to conventional doctors, naturopaths, functional medicine practitioners, therapists, and others looking for answers. Some things helped, but no single perspective explained the whole picture.
My own search
Eventually, I stopped waiting for someone else to connect the dots.
So I started doing the research myself. What began as trying to feel better turned into nearly a decade of study, thousands of hours of research, and tens of thousands spent on practitioners, supplements, testing, and therapies.
Some of it helped. Some of it absolutely did not. Learning to tell the difference became part of the work.
At first, I focused mostly on physical health. Eventually, I realized that focusing on the body alone wasn’t enough. That led me into psychology, trauma, nervous-system work, forms of therapy I had never encountered before, plant medicines, spirituality, relationships, and environment.
The deeper I went, the less interested I became in finding one answer and the more interested I became in understanding how the pieces interact.
How that shaped my work
Look for the pattern. Work with the whole person.
Along the way, I realized that one of the things I’m naturally good at is seeing patterns and connections that are easy to miss when everything is looked at separately.
Look for the pattern
We notice what keeps repeating and what may be connected beneath it.
Consider the whole picture
Physical health, emotions, nervous system, relationships, environment, and meaning can all affect one another.
You stay in charge of your process
I’ll ask direct questions, offer perspective, and tell you when I see something you may be missing. But I’m not here to tell you how to live your life.
What I bring to the table
A large toolbox, without pretending one tool fixes everything.
I’m still on my own healing journey. The difference is that I’m no longer searching from a place of crisis.
What I bring to the table now is a distillation of all of it: the research, the experiments, the mistakes, what worked, what didn’t, and a much better sense of where to look when someone feels stuck.
The tool comes second. The person in front of me comes first.
A calm first step
Let’s see whether this approach fits.
You don’t need to know exactly what kind of support you need. A free 30-minute clarity session gives us room to talk about what’s going on and whether working together makes sense.
